Price are in €uros, by week. Renting is from saturday to saturday.

Our prices do not include stay tax (0,60 € per day and per person older than 13), the post departure cleaning, desinfection and cleaning (40€), the guarantee deposit (230 €), and any additional rent (such as towels, linen...).

Taking you lodging is at 5pm on arrival day and restitution at 9am on departure day.

The stay is free for any child less than 3 yo.

We accept vacacy checks.

- The bed linen and towels are not provided. They can be hired locally. Their change is weekly.
     - Bed linen in 160 cm: 12 € / week.
     - Bed linen in 90 cm: 8 € / week.
     - Towels (1 large and 1 small towel): 6,50 € / week / person.
- A bed for babies is available upon request and subject to availability (sheets not supplied).
- At your disposal: iron and ironing board on request at reception.
- A common coin laundry is also available: € 5 and € 3 washing drying. Laundry is provided.
- A means of transport is strongly recommended.
- For reasons of safety and hygiene, pets are not allowed in our residence.

The rent begins by 5pm the arrival day (if post 7pm arrival, please advise us) and ends at 9am (max) the departure day.

Booking:
The booking IS NOT effective unless we receive your signed rent contract with the mention "read and approved" and a 30% of rent price advance.
Once you receive our acknowledgment of your advance payment, the booking is final, involving the approval of the terms and conditions of the rent.
About bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required at the booking.


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must always be written to us. A cancellation does not prevent from due amounts. Depending the date of cancellation, here is heir plan :
- More than 30 days prior to arrival, the advance paid will be refunded less a retention fee of 50 €.
- Between 30 days and 21 days prior to arrival, the advance won't be refunded.
- Between 20 days and 8 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amout will have to be paid.
- Between 7 days and 3 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total amount will have to be paid.
- Between 2 days and the day before the date of arrival, 95% of the total amount will have to be paid.
- The day of arrival or if you don't present yourself on arrival, the full amount will have to be paid.
Any interrupted or shortened stay for any reason whatsoever won't lead to any refund.


Payment / Prices:
The balance, as well as stay tax, cleaning and the guarantee deposit will have to be fully paid on your arrival.
Our rates are based on a flat rate and number of nights not days. They correspond to one week rental and include water consumption, electricity and gas.
They do not include the stay tax, the cleaning on departure and the guarantee deposit which have to be paid on arrival as well as any additional service (as rental of bed linen and towels, collective laundry tokens).


Payment Methods:
We accept credit card, bank check, wire transfer, postal, traveling checks or cash.
The payment by credit card is made by communicating needed data by phone, mail, fax, email or through the secure online payment on our website.


Guarantee Deposit:
An audit of the rent lodgings is carried out at each departure during cleaning. Please inform us of any anomaly found within 48 hours after arrival. After this period, you will be hled responsible.
Furnitures, furnishings or other wich would be missing, damaged or broken after your departure for any reason other than normal wear will be charged.
The lodgings must be returned in a state of normal cleanliness. Alternatively, a charge of 45 € (for 3 hours of cleaning) will be deducted from your guarantee.
You guarantee will be returned within one week after your departure (less any eventual net of household items replaced and additional found while cleaning the housing).
If your guarantee deposit is insufficient, you agree to complete the amount.


Guest visitors:
Anyone not on the reservation contract is considered as a guest visitor. As such, it must report to reception and obtain permission to enter. Admitted visitors are under the responsibility of tenants who receive them. They do not have access to the facilities of the residence and particularly to the pool. The reception of visitors will be allowed only occasionally and in any case, not for the total duration of the stay.
If the number of occupant of the lodgings exceeds the capacity specified by the contract, we reserve the right to refuse extra guests. The accomodation of additional persons will be allowed after our eventual agreement.


Case of Termination of the Rental Agreement :
We reserve the right to terminate a lease in the following cases : if the property is occupied by a number of people bigger than specified in the agreement, if the occupants are subject to noise complaints from neighbors or non-compliance to the Rules of the residence or any degradations of areas.


Hygiene:
For reasons of safety and hygiene, pets are not allowed in our residence. You can not, under any cirumstances, enter any animal in the leased lodgings.
For reasons of basic hygiene, sheets are required. If you do not have one, you will automatically have to rent one.


Responsibility:
In accordance with the law, the lease at the residence is not under the responsibility of the hosts. As a result, our liability shall not be engaged for any loss, theft or damage of personal belongings in our residence. We remind you that you are responsible for security of housing during your stay. We advise you to ensure against the risks (theft, fire, glass breakage, water damage, damage furniture, etc.).
